Renee and Alan,
Just wanted to share this with you. Had a busy day yesterday!
Caught an apartment fire on New Brunswick Avenue on the second
floor. Two rooms fully involved on arrival. Stretched the first
line up the stairwell and into the apartment. All of the twists
and turns etc.. that you would expect. Lots of up and downs during
the job as well as the crawling etc.. Went home last night and
as I was sitting down before bed I started to realize how good
I felt, specifically my back! No pain, no stiffness, no soreness!
In fact I have to admit that overall it is actually better than
it has ever been. Thank you very much for all you have done for
me, including the prayer. It really has made a difference.
